The front desk staff, vet technicians, and other support staff are always extremely helpful and accommodating. We have 3 dogs and the services provided here is always exceptional. Specifically, we simply cannot say enough good things about Dr Dawn Fiedorczyk. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. “Dr Dawn” takes the time to do thorough examinations, answers all of our questions, and provides in-depth explanations for her clinical reasoning regarding her suggested therapeutic interventions.
We recently brought my three cats in to see Dr. Eric Louer, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. Dr. Eric Louer was gentle, patient, and clearly very experienced. He took his time to examine and explain everything and make sure Buba , Dyzio, Rocco were comfortable.. they completely relaxed to Dr. Eric touch. It is not easy managing three cats at once but the whole team made it stress -free. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian. Thank You .
Greenwood Lake Animal Hospital has been our vet for over 10 years. Dr. Louer is wonderful. He is knowledgeable and explains things thoughtfully, even when it isn't the best news. Recenly, we got some sad news about our pet and Jasmine (at the front desk) was amazingly supportive. She truly went above and beyond, being a shoulder to cry on, sending me information, finding out other important information for me, and just being a wonderful person in general.
Sadly, we recently had to put our dog to sleep. The kindness Dr Streng and Assistant Jessica showed our family was unbelievable. I can’t thank them enough helping our family through a difficult time. I have 2 young children and they went above and beyond to make sure we could all be with our beloved dog as she passed. Truly made a difference for our family. I would highly recommend Greenwood Lake Animal Hospital to anyone.
It was great first visit! Just recently purchased a puppy that had its ears cropped, but the breeder I got him from did a absolute horrific job of bandaging. The ears were infected within a day and half of me having the puppy. But, the service they provided to remedy the problem was top notch! Also, the receptionist took care of the puppy while I used a coat hanger to unlock my car after locking my keys in it! It was one of those days!!!
