COVID-19 and your Pet’s Care
Thank you for your patience as we navigate this challenging time together. In providing curbside veterinary care, our goal has been, and continues to be, to ensure that we are able to deliver the quality care you have come to expect from us, while keeping both you and your families, and our staff members, safe.
We know it took longer to do things this way, especially when the cell phones don’t cooperate, and we appreciate how you have met us halfway as we work to care for your four-legged family members. Although we cannot guarantee that the occasional emergency won’t cause us to run slightly behind, we try to prevent long wait times by scheduling additional staff for each shift.
We worked hard to re-open our doors and welcome you back inside the hospital. We ask that you call upon arrival so we can prepare for your visit and when entering the hospital to wear a facemask covering your nose and mouth.
Going forward, we envision a hybrid service, where clients call upon arrival to be checked in. Once checked in, one person will be invited into the exam room. Clients picking up medication are requested to call before entering the building so we can have everything prepared for you in advance of your entry. You, of course, can continue to receive concierge curbside service for appointments and prescription pick-ups, if you prefer.
We ask that you maintain physical distancing and wear your face mask while in the building.
Having our staff protected is so important because the last thing we want to do is shut down for a week or two because a staff member contracted the virus.
Thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts. We miss you and we look forward to seeing you very soon!
