Your call is extremely important to us. Our friendly knowledgeable staff is here to answer your medical questions and schedule or re-schedule appointments without delay.
Overnight phone messages are checked first thing in the morning on the following business day.
Is it an emergency? Should I call? You know your pet best. If you feel something is not quite right, please call. You can never be wrong for asking a question and it will ease your mind.

. . . Because we provide medical services to your beloved pets, we are unable to monitor e-mails regarding patient care on a timely basis. In an emergency, when seconds count, email is not the preferred method of communication.
